| | November 06, 2009 Directors and Advisory Board Appointments at AGM

| | Canadian International Minerals Inc. (CIN) is pleased to announce the following appointments made at its Annual General Meeting.
Mr. Paul Brockington joins Michael E. Schuss, Chris Verrico and Thomas Hasek on the Board of Directors. Mr. Brockington is a mining engineer and seasoned mining executive, having spent his early professional career in both open pit and underground operations in Africa and Canada. After gaining extensive financial contacts as a mining analyst with a major brokerage, he served as chairman of a provincial mining corporation with operations producing tantalum, and base and precious metals
The company has also appointed Professor Lee Groat and Professor Anton Chakhmouradian to its Advisory Board.
Dr. Lee Groat is Director of the Integrated Sciences program at the University of British Columbia. With many publications to his credit, and as a past editor of American Mineralogist and Canadian Mineralogist he is a noted authority on the environment and occurrence of carbonatites, pegmatites, and favorable hosts to rare earths and high tech metals.
Dr. Anton Chakhmouradian, who originally hails from St Petersburg, teaches and researches mineralogy, igneous and metamorphic petrology, and gemology at the University of Manitoba, and is 2005 recipient of the Young Scientist Award of the Mineralogical Association of Canada. He has published widely and among other accomplishments is internationally recognized as an authority on the mineralogy and petrology of alkaline rocks.
In other business conducted at the AGM all resolutions were passed, including the appointment of auditors and approval of a 2009 stock option plan.
