Cole Project

Cole

The Cole property comprises 14 claims totalling 6620.44 hectares in the Cole Lake area of west
central British Columbia. It lies approximately 22 km south of Imperial Metals Corporation's (III-TSX) producing Huckleberry mine, which has been in production since 1997 and has produced 870 million pounds of copper, 105,000 ounces of gold, 3.4 million ounces of silver, and is also recovering molybdenum in concentrates. Huckleberry's mine life has recently been extended to 2021.

The claims are in an area traditionally explored for porphyry copper type deposits, but a current exploration program by Callinex Mines Inc. (CNX-TSXV) has identified significant gold, silver, lead, and zinc mineralization on property which directly adjoins CIN's claims to the east. CNX has recently announced an 11.70-metre diamond drill intersection grading 175.00 grams per tonne silver, 0.19 g/t gold, 2.11 per cent zinc and 1.52 per cent lead. This hole was drilled 94 metres away from CNX hole Cole 28, which returned 21.3 metres grading 3.37 g/t gold, 15.33 g/t silver and 2.04 per cent zinc. CNX's drilling was conducted approximately 7 km from CIN's property.
boundary.

CIN's Cole property is centered on and adjoins several other active programs in the immediate vicinity, including Gold Reach Resources Ltd. (GRV-TSXV) which has intercepted up to 194 meters of 0.42 g/t gold and 0.37% copper in drill core. This drilling was conducted approximately 10 km north of CIN's Cole property. Other neighbors include St. Elias Mines Ltd. (SLI-TSXV), Deer Horn Metals Inc. (DHM-TSXV) and Paget Minerals Corp. (PGS-TSXV).

The claims cover favorable rocks of the Bulkley Intrusive Suite and the Hazelton and Bowser Lake sediments and volcanics. Several B.C. MINFILE occurrences for precious and base metals are located on the property. A regional airborne geophysical program is planned for the 2012 exploration season
